Radio Granellìk is a generative AI broadcast station.
This portal is designed to provide visibility and airplay to new talents creating original music using AI tools (such as Suno, Udio, and similar platforms).
If you have produced an original track and wish to share it with our audience, you can submit it for our playlist. Participation is free and non-profit: selected tracks will be broadcast on Radio Granellìk.

⚠ MANDATORY ORIGINALITY REQUIREMENT:
Strictly prohibited: covers, remixes, parodies, or derivative lyrics/melodies from copyrighted or previously published works. We consider exclusively 100% original, unreleased works.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
• Monthly Quota & Single Submission (Max 4 tracks/month): Each artist or musical project may submit a maximum of 4 tracks per month, sending 1 song at a time via a separate form. This ensures equal opportunity for all creators and strict editorial quality standards.
• Maximum File Size: Maximum 50 MB per audio file.
• Track Duration: Max 5 minutes (recommended: between 3 and 4 minutes).
• Artist Voice Intro (Recommended): Short 15-30s audio greeting introducing your track to listeners.
• Digital Distribution (Spotify, Apple Music, DistroKid, TuneCore, etc.): Fully permitted! If you released your track via non-exclusive digital distributors, you are completely welcome to submit it.
• Accepted Formats: Exclusively .MP3 or .WAV files.
• Non-Profit Nature: Radio Granellìk is a non-commercial project. Airplay is free and carries no mandatory broadcasting obligation.

Work Ownership & AI License: I declare under my civil and criminal liability that I am the sole and legitimate owner (or acting with express mandate and consent of all indicated co-authors) of all copyrights, moral and economic, related to the lyrics and musical arrangement submitted. I further declare that the AI generation was performed in full compliance with the Terms of Service of the respective platforms under an account with commercial rights.

2. Exemption from Exclusivities & Collecting Societies: I formally declare that neither the track, nor the lyrics, nor the authors are bound by exclusive broadcasting contracts or collective management mandates for radio broadcasting with PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SIAE, Soundreef, or similar CMOs. (Note: standard non-exclusive digital distribution on Spotify, Apple Music, DistroKid, TuneCore, etc. is fully compatible and permitted).

3. Non-Profit Initiative & Mutual Gratuitousness: I acknowledge that Radio Granellìk is a non-profit initiative. Track broadcast and promotion are performed completely free of charge by both parties, with no claims for fees, reimbursements, or royalties now or in the future.

4. Worldwide Non-Exclusive Free Broadcast License: I grant Radio Granellìk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, stream online, archive, and promote the track and the accompanying voice greeting within its programming.

5. No Obligation to Broadcast: I understand that submitting this form and files constitutes a voluntary proposal and does not create any obligation for Radio Granellìk to broadcast or retain the submitted material, which remains subject to editorial discretion.

6. Full and Express Indemnification: I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Radio Granellìk and its operators from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or royalty demands made by third parties, co-authors, record labels, distributors, or copyright collection societies.

7. Privacy Policy (Non-Profit): I declare that I have read the Privacy Policy of Radio Granellìk and consent to the processing of personal data (real name, email, IP address) solely for managing the submission and legal protection, excluding any commercial use or transfer to third parties.
