1. ORIGINAL AI MUSIC & DIRECT COMMERCIAL BROADCASTING
Radio Granellìk broadcasts an original schedule created using Artificial Intelligence technologies. The station does not assign its rights to collecting societies or intermediaries (such as BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, GMR, PRS, GEMA, SACEM, SIAE, or their international counterparts).
We grant a Direct License completely free of charge for ambient background broadcasting of our live audio stream inside any shop, bar, gym, restaurant, or commercial premises worldwide.
2. THE ONLY REQUIREMENT: A LINK ON YOUR WEBSITE
Broadcasting across commercial venues is 100% free of charge. The only commitment required from your business is displaying a visible credit with an active link on your official website:
- Submit your application in the form below (Section 5).
- Place the credit text with an active link on your official business website.
- Send a brief email to granello@radiogranellik.it indicating the webpage where the link appears: we will verify the link and email you the official Broadcasting Certificate.
3. BROADCASTING AGREEMENT & DIRECT LICENSING RULES
- Art. 1 — Subject of License: Non-exclusive, royalty-free grant for ambient background audio broadcasting of the official live stream of Radio Granellìk inside the premises of the designated business. Any recording, reproduction on physical media, file extraction, transfer, or redistribution of broadcast tracks to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Art. 2 — Exemption from Collecting Societies: All musical works, lyrics, and sound recordings broadcast on Radio Granellìk are original creations released under Direct Licensing regime (Directive 2014/26/EU and relevant national copyright laws). Radio Granellìk does not assign its rights to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, GEMA, SACEM, SIAE, Soundreef, or any other collective management organization.

Art. 3 — Sole Requirement of Web Link: The merchant agrees to display and maintain on their official business website a visible credit with an active link to
https://radiogranellik.it/("At this venue we listen to Radio Granellìk"). -
Art. 4 — Issuance of the License: Submitting the form registers the application. The merchant adds the active link on their website and emails the URL to
granello@radiogranellik.it. Issuing the certificate remains entirely at the sole discretion of Radio Granellìk: submitting the request and adding the link does not constitute any binding obligation on our part to issue the certificate. - Art. 5 — Liability and Indemnification: The decision to broadcast the radio stream inside the premises is made under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the business owner. The license is granted free of charge: no claim, fee, penalty, or dispute may be attributed to Radio Granellìk or the station curator.
